Created to foster community and celebrate regional photographers.
In September 2016, local arts organizers and photographers produced the inaugural 4x5 Photo Fest in San Antonio, Texas. This free one-day event consisted of a full-day of artist talks and workshops with top editorial and commercial art directors, documentary, commercial and new art photographers and photo editors from across the nation.
4x5 Photo Fest’s mission is focused on building intentional community by connecting, educating, encouraging, and inspiring others. 4x5 Photo Fest welcomes all photographers - new and experienced - to unleash their creativity and enhance their network.

"This event was very well organized, and I wish I could've stayed for the photo walk. I am new to the photography "scene" and felt very welcomed among the other event goers, and the different photographers/groups that had booths set-up. I'm super psyched about next year!"
